The annual Sikh Day Parade was held in Manhattan on Saturday, April 21, 2012 on Madison Avenue beginning at 37th Street and finishing at Madison Square Park where thousands were fed by the Sikhs free of charge. NYC Photo News was there to capture the parade in all its colorful glory.

The Sikhs are the friendliest group of paraders NYC Photo News encounters in its coverage of these events and their generosity in feeding everyone is a unique aspect of this annual event.
